Private dining service agreement

A professional template to formalise each experience before any payment. This agreement complements the Terms of Engagement and records the date, menu, logistics, payments, cancellation, allergies, data protection and other essential terms.

2. Purpose of the agreement

This agreement governs the provision of a private dining experience on the date, at the venue and during the service window stated in the service appendix. It is signed before any payment and confirms that the client has received and accepted the Terms of Engagement and the relevant commercial proposal.

3. Price, booking and payment

The deposit confirms the booking and the balance must be paid within the period stated in the proposal, unless a different written arrangement is agreed. Extras, extensions, additional staff, wine pairing or special travel will be charged separately if accepted by the client.

4. Menu, allergies and food safety

The client confirms that the information provided is complete and accurate. The chef will adapt the service whenever the adaptation is technically feasible and safe. If food safety or menu coherence would be compromised, a reasonable alternative may be proposed or the affected part of the service may be refused.

5. Access, venue use, conduct and damage

The client must provide an appropriate working environment with reasonable access to water, electricity and a usable surface area, together with the ability to work in an orderly and safe manner. Minors, pets and additional guests remain the responsibility of the client.

If any attendee is intoxicated, under the influence of substances or behaves aggressively or dangerously, the chef may suspend the service if necessary to protect the people present, the equipment and the service itself.

Material damage caused by the client or their guests must be borne by the person responsible, without prejudice to normal wear and tear from ordinary use of the space.

6. Cancellation, force majeure, images and data

Cancellations, date changes, force majeure, refunds, image rights and the processing of personal data will be governed by the Terms of Engagement, the Privacy Policy and, where relevant, the specific consents signed by the client.

Where withdrawal rights are legally excluded, especially for bespoke services and services scheduled for a specific date or period, they shall not apply to the extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction: any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, except where mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules apply.

Having read this agreement, both parties confirm their full acceptance of its contents, the published Terms of Engagement and the relevant commercial and logistics proposal.

The agreement may be signed manually or electronically, depending on the method agreed by the parties. An annex may be added for the final menu, allergy sheet, price breakdown or any other relevant operational note.
