Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer enquiries and prepare proposals: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

  • To coordinate operational changes and logistics: legitimate interest and contract performance, where strictly necessary.
  • To send marketing communications: prior consent, where applicable.
  • To use non-essential cookies or measurement tools: consent, if you choose to give it.

Mandatory fields are indicated on the relevant forms. Without them, we may not be able to handle the request or confirm the booking.

Who we share it with and how long we keep it

We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary to deliver the service or comply with the law: technology providers, hosting and email services, tax or accounting advisers, financial institutions, trusted professionals and, where required, public authorities or courts.

If any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards and valid international-transfer mechanisms will apply.

Data will be kept for as long as needed for the purpose collected and for the statutory retention periods that may apply.

You may also ask not to be subject to automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects.

To exercise your rights, write to veladas@jesusvillalba.es. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
